Modified Survey Request

In designing our Occupational Surveys, we reviewed various Workcover/Worksafe medical/certficates of capacity templates and aligned the surveys with components of these. We understand that in some cases surveys may need to be modified/reviewed to take into consideration an injured worker’s capacity. This can be done at an additional fee on a case by case basis.
